Members of the Katlehong SAPS, together with members of the crime prevention team, recently held a stop-and-search.
The day yielded results, with the arrest of 11 suspects.
The accused were arrested for a number of crimes including house robbery, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, possession of dagga, driving under the influence of liquor and murder.
A toy guy, believed to have been used in a number of crimes in the area, was also seized during the search.
All the suspects appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court, where their cases were postponed for various reasons.
