Stage two load shedding to be implemented today due to maintenance – says Eskom

It was reported this morning (Thursday) that stage two load shedding will be implemented country wide.

This is due to routine maintenance, as well as several of Eskom’s generators being offline.

Load shedding is expected to last from 10am to 10pm.

Eskom continues to urge consumers to use electricity sparingly to assist in lower in the pressure on the national power grid.
