1. Be alert at all times, warns CPF:
After a recent hijacking in Cleator Street, Hazel Park, the Lambton Klip Sector Four CPF is warning residents to be on high alert. The man was hijacked in his driveway when he got out to open his gate.
2. Owner given ultimatum after dog bite:
There has been yet another dog attack in Primrose. While out walking their dog, Cilia and Jorge Pereira were attacked by a dog in Edlaw Street, Symhurst. Cilia was bitten on her left calf.
3. Local players head overseas:
The South African Rugby League (SARL) national team, The Rhinos, will soon be jetting off to Sydney, Australia, on tour. Four players from The Bears Rugby League team, who are based at the Elsburg Rugby Club grounds, are part of the 15-man squad.
