Learn about the banting lifestyle

‘Banting it up’ at Hirsch’s Meadowdale.

Banting is a lifestyle choice and commitment, and Hirsch’s Meadowdale is offering support and education around this particular lifestyle choice.

“We are offering a free of charge opportunity for anyone interested, to experience the amazing benefits that the banting lifestyle brings,” said Brigitte Thysse, PR and marketing officer for Hirsch’s East Rand.

“Whether you are just getting started, wanting to get started or are struggling to adjust to your change of lifestyle, this opportunity is for you.”

An informative demonstration and talk will take place at Hirsch’s Meadowdale, on May 22, from 1pm to 3pm.

The demonstration will include meal ideas.

Guest speakers and married couple Annemarie and Theo Truter will be sharing their banting tips and guidelines with a question and answer session for any queries you may have.

They will also be providing a free hands on demonstration on how to make banting mayonnaise and banting microwave bread in a cup.

Booking for the event is essential, so book your spot now at brigitte@hirschs.co.za
