The family of Bryan Desmond van der Merwe (21) is thrilled that he has been found safe.
His mother, Riana van der Merwe, told the GCN that he contacted his grandmother and he was collected at the K90 Centre in Boksburg, over the weekend.
Bryan left his Rhodes Avenue, Parkhill Gardens home, on May 5 at about 4.45am to go to work in Benoni and never arrived.
The family is not saying anything further as to why Bryan did not contact them sooner.
