Intelligence Bureau warns public to avoid CBD
EFF allegedly marching to Civic Centre.
The Intelligence Bureau issued a warning on social media platform Twitter (@IntelliBureau) to avoid aviod Germiston CBD, especially near the Civic Centre.
It is alleged that an EFF march will be taking place.
Today, Ekurhuleni is tabling its budget speech.
