High risk of veld fires in Gauteng
Hot weather conditions could lead to veld fires in parts of Gauteng.
Despite last week’s rain the South African Weather Service today released a warning of potential veld fires.
The service’s website explained that extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in parts of Gauteng.
The community is urged to take the necessary precautions when travelling, and ensue their animals are safe.
