Charles Mothapo is searching for Jabulile Khumalo, now aged 29.
Khumalo went missing in December, 2008, after she left her son in the care of Mothapo, in Elsburg.
“She told me she was going to Ramaphosa to visit her cousin and left the child with me,” Mothapo said.
“She never returned and I haven’t been able to find her.”
Mothapo did open a missing person case at the Elsburg Police Station, but Khumalo was never found.
He does not have any photographs of the missing woman, but describes her as having a light complexion and being slender and tall.
She has black hair and brown eyes and speaks isiZulu and English fluently.
Mothapo believes she could be somewhere in the Elsburg or Ramaphosa areas.
