Police on the hunt for murderer

The Primrose police are appealing to the community to come forward with information about a Marathon informal settlement murder.

The Primrose police are appealing to the community to come forward with information that may lead to the arrest of a murder suspect or suspects.

This comes after the body of a 23-year-old man was recently found in the Marathon informal settlement.

“The victim had been stabbed twice in the upper body,” explained Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

Anyone with information can contact the Patrick Marakalala on 011 776-1600 or 011 842-0500.

Alternatively, community members can call the Crime Stop hotline on 08600 10111, or their nearest police station.
