Suspects linked to Germiston business robberies

Seven men arrested by the Germiston SAPS have been linked to several business robberies in the area.

Members of Germiston SAPS Crime Prevention and Tactical Response Team under the command of Capt Owen Mlumbi arrested seven suspects in possession of stolen goods on Wednesday.

The suspects have been linked to several business robberies in and around Germiston.

The men are believed to be part of a syndicate that has been committing crimes in the Germiston area recently.

Police hope to make more arrests soon.

“The suspects, aged between 25 and 48, will appear in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court soon,” said WO André de Jager, spokesman for the Germiston SAPS.
