This is the question that Ster-Kinekor and its flagship CSI programme, Vision Mission, is asking South Africans, after they changed the life of Philani Twala from Katlehong. The programme has assisted by performing a double corneal transplant operation on the 20-year-old, who, until recently, was almost blind.
