Don’t miss the fun of the Jahrmarkt

Enjoy traditional German food and beverages at the Jahrmarkt.

The extremely popular Jahrmarkt is set to take place again.

The event, in line with the German heritage of the Church of Reconciliation’s congregation, will take place on June 4.

The delicious and lovingly prepared food offered at Jahrmarkt has always proven to be a huge success for the massive crowds at previous such events.

The event hasn’t taken place for the past two years, but due to popular demand it has been revived.

To keep the younger ones occupied, while their parents have some quality time enjoying a great meal or two with wine or beer, there will be a jumping castle, cupcake decorating, a clown to paint the little ones’ faces and a game of prize-fishing, to ensure they also have some adult supervised fun.

A large selection of home-baked goodies with lots of warm beverages will also be on offer in the cosy hall.

A 30-minute devotion will be held inside the church, also on the property, at 10am, and then all the stands will open at 10.30am.

Lunch will be served from 11.30am and the Jahrmarkt will close at 6pm.

Plenty of secure parking is available, literally a stone’s throw from the venue.

The CPF will be on patrol to ensure everyone and their vehicles are safe.

The Church of Reconciliation is situated at 75 Piercy Avenue, Parkhill Gardens.
