Lucky Andrew wins a car
Local Spar gives away a car in the Spar Win a Car competition.
There was great excitement at the Elsburg Spar recently when the winners of the Spar Win a Car competition were announced.
Andrew Metcalf was named the Elsburg Spar’s winner and he got to drive off in one of a 100 special edition Hyundai i10 Glides which were up for grabs.
The competition started on April 19 and closed on June 5.
All Andrew had to do to stand the chance of winning was to purchase qualifying products from the participating suppliers, at a Spar store.
Andrew chose to shop at Spar Elsburg.
He wrote his name, address and cellphone number on the back of his till slip and placed it into the entry box provided in-store.
The car was handed over to a delighted Andrew by owner of the store Martin Simon Snr and Andrew drove off an extremely happy Spar shopper.
