Father opens case of theft against son

A 30-year-old man was arrested by the Primrose police after he allegedly stole meat from his parents.

The Primrose police recently arrested a 30-year-old man for theft.

The arrest was made in Wannenburg, after the accused’s father opened a case against him.

The man claimed his son had taken meat from his freezer while he was at work.

“The complaint told police this was not the first time his son had taken items from his parent’s home without permission, and he needed it to stop,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

Officers arrested the suspect and detained him at the Primrose Police Station.

He will appear in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court soon.
