Elderly celebrate a special week
Rest-a-While celebrates Week of the Aged
The elderly celebrated the Week of the Aged at Rest-a-While Service Centre for the Aged, last Tuesday.
Special guests on the day included the Primrose SAPS, Primrose Crime Prevention Youth Desk, Mamba Security, Circinus Security and Makro Germiston.
Health, safety tips and the rights of the elderly were the subjects of the day.
The youth desk performed a show that the old people enjoyed very much and the safety tips given by the security companies were very informative and showed them that they must be alert and aware.
