BSA Mixed Sale promises to be a great day out

Buyers can look forward to choosing from 142 stunning horses.

Bloodstock South Africa (BSA), the sales arm of the Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association (TBA), is hosting a mixed sale at the TBA’s custom-built sales complex in Gosforth Park, on November 16.

During the day 142 thoroughbreds of mixed ages and racehorses in training will be up for sale to prospective owners.

Commencing at 1pm and ending at 6pm the sale promises to be a splendid day out for serious buyers and spectators alike.

Visitors are welcome to come early to meet the horses who will be available for viewing from 10am onwards, after which they can indulge in a delicious meal at one of the venue’s various restaurants while they wait for the sale to commence.

For a comprehensive history of South African horseracing, guests are encouraged to take a tour of the beautifully curated TBA Museum.

The museum’s cinema showcases original film footage of South Africa’s early racehorse legends such as Hawaii, Colorado King and Sea Cottage.

For an updated online catalogue, vendor and sire listings and pedigree updates, go to www.tba.co.za/bsa or contact the TBA directly on 031 303-1017 or email to bsa@equine.co.za.
