Police target Katlehong criminals

In their continued efforts to crack down on criminals in the Katlehong area, police hosted several crime prevention operations in the area recently.

The operations were organised by members of the Katlehong SAPS Crime Prevention Unit.

A total of 25 suspects were arrested on various charges, among them malicious damage to property, attempted murder, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, theft, warrant of arrest and possession of dagga.

All of the accused appeared in the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court, where their cases were postponed for various reasons.
