Germiston SAPS detectives received a tip-off about a man who was allegedly in possession of a stolen vehicle on March 3.
The detectives traced the man and found him in possession of the allegedly stolen Nissan bakkie, in the Germiston CBD.
The two detectives, Const Almighty Mashego and WO Noa Mnisi, arrested the 29-year-old suspect who allegedly stole the vehicle in Sebokeng, Vereeneging.
The matter is still under investigation.
