Swimmer beats personal best times
Refiloe Mashao is a young swimmer to take note of.
Refiloe Mashao, a Grade 11 learner at St Catherine’s School, recently participated in the SSA OW National.
In the 3km event he came seventh in a time of 34:06:54, bettering his personal best time of 39.26.00, and in the 5km event he came ninth in a time of 1:00:30, bettering his personal best time of 1:06:44.
Refiloe has been selected to represent the Gauteng Schools Swimming Team at the SA Schools Championships from April 9 to 13.
