Primrose SAPS detective, Sgt Sam Ngqoleka, worked hard to investigate a case of a murder that happened in the Makause informal settlement in 2011.
Ngqoleka’s hard work yielded results when 40-year-old Paulos Moloi was found guilty of the murder at the Germiston Magistrate’s Court, recently.
The accused was sentenced to 15 years in prison and declared unfit to possess a firearm.
The Primrose police’s station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked Ngqoleka for his hard work and dedication and encouraged other detectives to learn from his example.
