Home-based care students ready to tackle the workplace

Germiston Red Cross students graduate.

The Germiston branch of the Red Cross Society held its graduation ceremony for its home-based care students, last Saturday.

The home-based care course is a theoretical, as well as practical course, where students learn to work with the elderly, physically and mentally disabled and children.

Manager of the Germiston Red Cross Barbara Jensen is proud of the students.
