The Ekurhuleni Hackathon is set to take place soon.
The event takes place from November 3 to 5 at the Alberton City Hall.
It will see 250 innovative minds develop digital prototypes that could be adopted by the metro to provide real-life solutions to accelerate service delivery using technology.
Teams will pitch their prototypes on the last day of the hackathon and the winning teams will walk away with their share of the R180 000 in prize money.
