Fitness street challenge to get your heart racing
Endurance levels to be tested at Cansa fund-raiser.
A Cansa Fitness Street Challenge fund-raising event will be taking to the road in Elspark on November 12.
The challenge starts at 9am and will run until noon on a 1km stretch of road behind Kingfisher Square (Heidelberg Road).
The road will be closed off between Dove and Raven streets.
Come and test your endurance level by participating in this one-of-a-kind fitness challenge.
The event is hosted by Shaun Koneight.
Cansa (Cancer Association of South Africa) offers a unique integrated service to the public and all people affected by cancer.

As a leading role player in cancer research (R4.5-million spent annually), the scientific findings and knowledge gained from Cansa’s research are used to realign its health programmes, as well as strengthen its watchdog role to the greater benefit of the public.
The event can be used as a team-building exercise or participants can compete against other teams representing their respective companies, gyms and participating tenants at the centre.
