Live Easy’s Ikhaya Lami encourages the community to ‘move in and move up’.

In the heart of the Germiston CBD stands a bright blue building.

Previously a textiles warehouse, the building has been given a new lease on life as Ikhaya Lami and is offering the community a fresh, comfortable and affordable place to call home.

James Huff, co-founder of Live Easy, spoke to the GCN outside the building, which is situated a stone’s throw from the Germiston train station and taxi rank.
