A 35-year-old woman from Dukathole was recently arrested for the alleged assault of her boyfriend.
After an argument ensued between the couple, the complainant told police that the woman, who was allegedly overcome by emotion, threw a full glass of water at him.

The man sustained injuries to his head during the attack and opened a case of assault against his girlfriend.
The woman was arrested and detained at the Germiston Police Station.
The Germiston police are still investigating the matter.
