Club proud of its achievements
David Costine outlined the organisation’s successes at the recent AGM.
Edenvale Round Table, of which a number of Germiston residents are members, recently hosted its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Outgoing chairperson David Costine went through all the achievements that Edenvale Round Table had accomplished throughout the course of the year.
These included various community projects.
“One of the highlights of the year was attending the Euro 63 meeting in Germany in June, last year.
“Five of our members attended this meeting and it was a huge success,” said David.

This year the Euro meeting will be held in Denmark.
During the AGM, David handed a Checkers voucher to the Bienvenu Shelter, a shelter supported by the organisation.
“Another highlight from the year was when Edenvale Round Table was part of the opening of the shelter’s training centre, which Round Table donated in the region of about R400 000 towards,” said David.
Round Table is open to young men between the ages of 18 and 40, and if you are interested in joining, contact David on 082 410 8778.
