Many Germiston residents were sporting new hair-dos as the annual Cansa Shavathon rolled into town.

Community comes together for Cansa

The Cansa Shavathon is one of South Africa’s best-loved annual events in support of a very worthy cause, namely showing solidarity with those affected by cancer.

This year Fortitude Hair and Beauty Salon, DJL Hair Studio and Rest-a-While Service Centre for the Elderly in conjunction with Mamba Security, each held a Shavathon, giving Germiston’s community a chance to show their support for this worthy cause.
