The Primrose police recently arrested a 35-year-old man in connection with the murder of his girlfriend. Police were called to Makause Informal Settlement, on March 31, where they found the deceased with three stab wounds. Paramedics were summoned to the scene where they declared the victim dead.
Operation Fiela continues in the streets of Germiston

During a patrol of the streets of Germiston, as part of the on-going Operation Fiela, officers from the Germiston Police Station confiscated a number of counterfeit products. The operation, which was launched in Germiston on February 21, saw officers from all departments of the SAPS and EMPD joining forces to take a stand against crime.
