The Primrose police arrested 24 suspects between April 12 and 18.
This is according to the latest arrest statistics shared by the station.
The accused were charged with a number of different offences.

Charges included possession of drugs, assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, house break-in and theft, possession of suspected stolen property, driving under the influence of alcohol, shoplifting and warrant of arrest.
The Primrose SAPS’s acting station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked everyone who contributed to the successful arrests.

Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court, where some had their cases postponed for various reasons while others paid admission of guilt fines and were released.
