Procedure to follow should your wheelie bin get stolen

If your bin has been stolen go to your closest depot to collect a new bin.

Many residents have filed reports over their wheelie bins being stolen.
In light of this, the metro has released steps you’ll need to follow should you fall victim of this crime.
To collect a replacement bin, please take the following to your closest depot:
• An affidavit that your bin was stolen
• Your ID
• Proof of residence
• Your bin number
