Reader saddened by Welcome Msomi case

I still cannot believe that this is true as I have always held Msomi in high esteem as both actor and playwright as well as cultural activist. I stay awake at night hoping this is just a bad dream and that it will go away.

I have since read the Welcome Msomi story and I have also heard that he has appeared in court more than once. The whole thing is gradually beginning to sink in now and I hope it was all a mistake and Msomi will walk out free at the end of the trial.

I still cannot bring myself to believe this.
