A metro employee was arrested last Friday following an in-depth and lengthy investigation after complaints were received about his alleged illegal selling of jobs. Allegations were that he was selling positions advertised at the metro.

Man shot and killed at Mazibuko Hostel
A 42-year-old woman was arrested by the Katlehong police last Friday in connection with the murder of a 54-year-old man. The deceased was found at the Mazibuko Hostel in Katlehong, shot in the upper body.
