Be on the lookout for these vehicles in Primrose

Primrose police warn the community to be careful and keep a lookout for several suspicious vehicles.

The Primrose police are urging the community to be on the lookout for several suspicious vehicles that they believe have been used in the commission of crimes in the area:

• A white new model Volkswagen Passat, with the registration number FG 52 PZ GP, allegedly being used in house break-ins and thefts in Primrose.

• A white Toyota Quantum, with an unknown registration number, is reportedly being used by three suspects during robberies in Primrose.

• A white Toyota Corolla, with an unknown registration number, is reportedly being used during hijackings in the Primrose area.

• A white Volkswagen Polo Vivo sedan, with an unknown registration number, is allegedly being used in hijackings in Primrose.

• A Corsa bakkie, with an unknown registration number, is reported as being used during the theft of wheelie bins in Primrose.

“We are appealing to anyone who sees these vehicles to notify their nearest police station,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

You can report sightings to the Primrose Police Station on 011 842 0522 or the patrol vehicles on 071 675 6864/5/6/7/8/9.
