A 35-year-old man was arrested by the Primrose police, last Saturday, on a charge of theft.
The incident was reported to police by a local store’s security guard, where the theft allegedly took place.

“It is reported that the security guard found the stolen items in the store employee’s possession when he searched him.
“He reported the matter to the store manager who instructed him to call the police,” said Sgt Styles Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

The man was held at the Primrose Police Station pending his appearance in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court.
