Thembimfundo Primary School has space for approximately 400 learners from Grades R to Seven.
Thembimfundo Primary School invites parents who are still struggling to find space for their children to register with the school so children can kick-start their 2021 academic year.
The school has space available for all grades, including Grade R to Seven.
The admission deadline is March 31.
Thembimfundo Primary School SGB chairperson Nolitha Mqonqo said the school’s capacity is 1 200, but at the moment, they have less than 800 learners.
She said the school offers two home languages, IsiXhosa and IsiZulu. The IsiZulu class was introduced this year for Grade One learners only, she added.
Grade R’s language of learning and teaching (LOLT) is English, Grade one’s LOLT is English, IsiXhosa and IsiZulu, and from Grade Two to Six the LOLT is English and IsiXhosa for home language.
The school is free and based in Vosloorus. They offer two sporting codes, namely football and netball.
Learners are expected at school from 7.30am to 3.30pm.
