Dauw Steyn, a former professional rugby player, continues to impart rugby knowledge to young players.
Having enjoyed a successful rugby career, Steyn has now hanged his boot for coaching.
His focus remains on the field, as he has been focusing on developing young talent as a coach at the Dauw Steyn Rugby Academy.

Steyn focuses on identifying young talent and building the next generation of superstars.
“The academy has been running for nine years now and the talent is brilliant,” said Steyn.
“I played in the country and also enjoyed an overseas career, playing for USRC Tigers in the US.”
Steyn shifted his focus to coaching.“We have boys between the ages of seven and 16 in areas including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban.
“I have been coaching for eight years now and the stats are very good. Rugby also teaches one to have confidence, focus and concentration,” said Steyn.
He enjoyed a career playing for Valke, Lions, Sharks and the Leopards. He continues to coach, manages his rugby academy and undertakes charity work.
