Nkoe dreams of PSL

The 19-year-old plays for Germiston City FC in the Motsepe League and the Safa Second Division League.

Germiston soccer player Benjamin Nkoe believes one day his dream of playing for one of the big teams i the PSL will come true.

Nkoe dreams of playing for Kaizer Chiefs.

The 19-year-old plays for Germiston City FC in the Motsepe League and the Safa Second Division League.

“I believe we will enjoy glory in this competition and possibly by the end of the season, we will be on top of the log.

“My short-term goal is to see the team succeed in the Motsepe League and build from that to the Glad African Championship and the National First Division.”

He started playing football at the age of 10 on the dusty streets of Turfloop, Limpopo, where he developed a passion and love for football.

“That is when I learned how to control the ball and the basics.

“One person who continues to inspire me is Neymar Jnr, the Brazilian star, he makes me believe it is worth it to continue chasing my dreams,” said Nkoe.

Nkoe trains twice a day, four times a week.
