Germiston Flying Squad arrested three men on a charge of possession of a stolen motor vehicle at Sam Green Road, Germiston, on August 1.

While members of the law enforcement agencies were patrolling they stopped and searched a grey Audi with three occupants.

“While searching the vehicle the police discovered that the car was stolen in Langlaagte in 2019.

“Three men were arrested,” said Sergeant Ntombikayise Ngcobo, the communications officer of Germiston Flying Squad.

The vehicle was taken to Benoni vehicle storage where a further investigation will be conducted.
