Koopman brothers prepare for tournament

The Emperors Palace Centre Court will host the event on March 18.

The Koopman brothers of Primrose, Shervantaigh and Keanu, will fight on the undercard of the Peril@The Palace Box and Dine Tournament.

The Emperors Palace Centre Court will host the event on March 18.

This was revealed at the Brian Mitchell Boxing Academy in Edenvale, where the brothers train under the watchful eye of seasoned and successful trainer Vusi Mtolo.

“While Shervantaigh takes on Jackson Kaptein from Bloemfontein for the SA Junior Middleweight title, Keanu’s opponent hasn’t been finalised yet.

“While 28-year-old Shervantaigh is 10-0 and his younger brother only turned professional last year and has two wins from two outings under his belt, both Koopmans will be looking to continue their winning ways on March 18,” said Mtolo.
