Water outage affects Vosloorus Magistrate Court

The murder case of accused Nfanzile Obed Mtshali to be heard on February 16 Kathorus Mail was postponed due to water cuts and load-shedding.

The matter was transferred from Boksburg Magistrate’s Court to Vosloorus on February 2, after the court confirmed that the investigation have been completed.

Matshali is accused of shooting and killing his girlfriend Noxolo Mabuza during his birthday celebration at Vosloorus, on the night of August 2, 2022.

He was arrested and denied bail on September 26 following numerous appearances at the Boksburg Magistrate Court while in police custody.

According to the Mabuza family, they were called inside the court where they were told that the case is postponed to February 24.
