Three arrested in Primrose gun and ammunition bust
The remaining two suspects were also allegedly found in possession of live ammunition.
Members of the SAPS in Primrose arrested three suspects for possession of an unlicensed firearm and live ammunition on May 13.
The suspects were arrested on Lower Main Reef Road in Primrose.
According to police, officers acted on crime intelligence-driven information and conducted an operation at a specific address in the area.

During the search, one of the suspects was allegedly found in possession of a firearm and live ammunition, but failed to produce a valid firearm licence when requested to do so.
The remaining two suspects were also allegedly found in possession of live ammunition.
All three suspects were arrested and detained at Primrose SAPS pending their appearance in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court.
