Commemorating Freedom Day in pictures

These photographs were captured at two separate events as South Africa celebrated Freedom Day on April 27.
The first set was snapped at Moshoeshoe Section, Katlehong, where community members hosted an event aimed at reuniting the community and recommitting to fight crime, drugs and substance abuse.

Other photos were captured during the Freedom Day commemoration event hosted by the Gauteng Department of Sports, Arts, Culture and Recreation at Huntersfield Stadium.
