33 e-hailing vehicles impounded by EMPD

In a major enforcement blitz near OR Tambo International Airport, 33 e-hailing vehicles were impounded for operating without proper permits.

A total of 33 e-hailing vehicles were impounded on May 14 near OR Tambo International Airport during a joint law enforcement operation targeting non-compliant public transport.

The inspections focused on e-hailing vehicles operating for reward in the Kempton Park area.
