As a hurdler and sprinter, Diamond understands the importance of strength and conditioning in athletics.

He’s passionate about fitness and works with over 15 clients and athletes, as he is also a personal fitness coach.
Having competed in events like the UJ Track and Field Summer Challenge, where he clocked 8.8 seconds in the 60m hurdles. Diamond believes he can improve further after a two-year hiatus from competition.
“I am looking forward to competing, as I’ve focused on my personal training to improve my time.
“At Diamond Fitness Club, training sessions are held on Mondays, with double sessions for seniors, and continue throughout the week.
The goal is to grow the club into a thriving athletics club, and I just want to help athletes achieve their full potential,” said Diamond.
