Dynamic Kids ECD celebrates 100 days of learning with fun-filled milestone event

From counting games and building challenges to dressing up as 100-year-olds, the event highlighted how much the children have learned since the start of the year.

Dynamic Kids ECD Centre in Parkhill Gardens celebrated a milestone with their 100 Days Smarter event.

This marks the little ones’ first 100 days of learning.

The entire day was packed with engaging activities, each themed around the number 100. ZChildren participated in everything from physical games that counted in 10s to reach 100, to fine motor skill challenges like threading 100 Froot Loops, stacking 100 cups and blocks, building towers, and even hunting for 100 hidden items in the sensory sand stations.

“Another highlight of the day was a special language-based activity where the children, with the help of their teachers, recalled and recorded 100 words they had learned since the start of the year.

“This exercise not only showcased the growth in their vocabulary but also brought immense pride to both learners and educators; a true celebration of progress.

Teachers and pupils were dressed like elderly persons.

“Adding to the fun, our children and staff came dressed as if they were 100 years old, bringing plenty of laughs, creativity, and charm to the day.

“It was a heartwarming reminder of how far we’ve all come and how much we’ve learned together,” said Karina Els, the Dynamic Kids principal.
