Primrose Sector Two CPF says thank you

Thanks for making the day a success.

Wendy Morgan, Primrose Sector Two chairman writes:

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the Primrose Sector Two CPF fun awareness day.

To the volunteers who helped on the day and all the sponsors – thank you.

A special thanks to the Sector Two organising team who helped make this day a success, Ronel Ludick, Michelle McAslin, Trudy Carreira, and Kobus van Rensburg, I could not have done this without you.

To the members of the community who gave donations, you are stars.

Michelle thank you for all the hours you put into the advertising boards and posters.

Thank you to Pieter Cloete for giving up the whole day to play music and entertain us all – thank you.

To the other musicians, Soulitude and Giovani, thank you as well.

The Primrose SAPS Youth Desk, thank you for stepping up to the plate again and helping and also for the show you put on for the community.

To our safety officers Jaques Schade from JLS Medical and General Supplies and Craig Beaty a big thank you.

The Security Companies – Top Security, Mamba, Circinus and Marlands Community thank you for being part of the team who is trying to keep Primrose safe.

To Sunnyridge Primary School tanks for the use of the sports grounds.

Thirty-four pints of blood were collected by the South African National Blood Service – June is blood month so if you did not donate please make a plan to do so, you could save a life.

For the Sector Two team T-shirts, thank you Hawk Fire Systems for the sponsorship.

The Sector Two patrollers’ T-shirts were sponsored by Nelmar Engineers, thank you.

We are still looking for more T-shirts for our patrollers, as there were not enough for all of them.

Romona Storrier for organising prizes and vouchers from Sunnyridge Circle business owners, OK Stores, Circle Bakery, Pizza La Lizza, Purple Moon Take-Away and Book Exchange, Sugar Plum Beauty Salon, Hair and Beauty D I, Milan Hair Salon and Alan Nurse from Extreme Bikes for the donations for the raffle prizes.

To staff from the Bar Fly in Homestead, thank you for giving up your whole day to help in the food store, and thank you for the donation of the hamburger patties.

Thank you Primrose Spar and residents for the sweets.

To Vee and Garth Bergstrom for prizes for the games.

The EMPD K9 Unit gave a wonderful dog show – thank you for being part of this day.

To the Windsor Street group who paid for the Sector Two banners – thank you.
