Rui Santos: “We share the shower from time to time to avoid over-usage, and use our bath and shower water to water the garden.”
Nomasonto Nogwaba: “In our household we do not use more than 20 litres a day. We use that 20 litres of water for bathing, cooking and drinking.”
Nkone Sinyela: “I keep bottled water to monitor the litres of water we use in the house. This way we avoid running the taps repeatedly.”
Didinlt Makaula: “I use a bathing bowl. It saves more water than the shower and bathtub, and it’s easier to clean. You scrub and rinse.”
Cindy Siza: “When making tea I boil the exact amount of water I need for my cup, to avoid spilling out the remaining water and wasting it.”
