On February 19, the Germiston Police Station soccer team played a home game against Edenpark Police Station, in the East Rand League, at the Germiston Sports Grounds.
From the beginning the Germiston SAPS team was on the attack and it wasn’t long before they scored their first goal.
The game ended with Germiston triumphant with seven goals against Edenpark’s one.
Led by Lieut Col Eric Khosa (coach), and Lieut Col William Thobetjane (manager), the Germiston team had a great formation.
“The Station commander, Brig Samuel Thambo, congratulates the team on their victory,” said the spokesman for the Germiston SAPS, WO André de Jager.
