Millennium Gold Plate Fitness and Body Building Show success

Local athletes show off their muscles.

The Millennium Gold Plate Fitness and Body Building show, hosted by RUDX Nutrition, was held on April 12.

Body Builders from different parts of the country participated in events at the show.

Primrose-based Unique Physique Gym also showed their support and had athletes entering in various divisions.

The members of the Unique Physique Gym did very well throughout the day and were placed in the top six which saw them qualify for the main show later that evening.

Unique Physiques’ results:

  • Anzelle Koekemoer – first place in the women’s fitness division.
  • Lucky Tankise – second in the men’s body building up to 70kg division.
  • Logan Wessels – third in the juniors u-16 age group.
  • Marius Wessels – placed third in the masters over 40 years.
  • Jean Bertillon – sixth in the masters over 40 years.
  • Bonita Correia – sixth place in the women’s beach bikini division.
