Tough match ends in draw

Luso Africa continued their Eastern Local Football Association’s (ELFA) Super League season.

Luso Africa continued their Eastern Local Football Association’s (ELFA) Super League season this past weekend.

The club faced Old Bens Football Club on the Old Bens home grounds, Currin Park.

After a tough 90 minutes the first teams drew 2-2, with Roberto da Silva and Marco Cabeleira scoring Luso’s two goals.

Old Bens’ reserve side proved too strong for the Luso side, who lost 5-2.

The club’s next match will be this Saturday (April 9), at their home ground, Hattingh Park.
